Parmesan-Artichoke Crostini

- 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chiles
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup light mayonnaise
- ½ cup chopped pecans toasted
- 40 ¼-inch-thick French baguette slices, toasted
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh chives
Instructies
- Stir together first 6 ingredients.
- Spread 1 tablespoon artichoke mixture evenly on each bread slice, and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 400° for 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Garnish, if desired.
- Serve crostini immediately.
