Parmesan-Artichoke Crostini

¼-inch-thick French baguette slices, toasted
Garnish:

Chopped fresh chives
Instructies
Stir together first 6 ingredients.
Spread 1 tablespoon artichoke mixture evenly on each bread slice, and place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake at 400° for 3 to 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Garnish, if desired.
Serve crostini immediately.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Parmesan-Shrimp Crostini:
Omit chopped artichoke hearts and chopped green chiles. Add 2 cups chopped cooked shrimp and 6 sliced green onions; proceed with recipe as directed.
