Pistachio Pesto
This nutty, garlicky pesto is perfect for drizzling over pasta or spreading on warm, toasty bread.

Ingrediënten
- ½ cup 52 g roasted, salted, and shelled pistachios
- 1 cup 120 g raw pine nuts
- 20 leaves fresh basil
- ½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructies
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until smooth.
- Transfer the pesto to a saucepan and heat gently before serving.
