Quick & Flavorful 30-Minute Chili
Ingrediënten
- 1 pound ground chuck or lean ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 can kidney beans 15 oz, drained and rinsed
- 1 can tomato soup undiluted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 tablespoons chili powder adjust to taste
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
Instructies
- In a pot, brown the ground chuck or lean ground beef in a little butter over medium heat.
- Cook until the meat is browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add chopped onions and continue to cook until the onions are softened.
- Stir in kidney beans, undiluted tomato soup, salt, and chili powder.
- Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning with hot pepper sauce to taste.
