Acai bowl with blueberries
Ingredients
- 500 g yogurt Greek style
- 2 TL acai powder
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa slightly de-oiled
- 80 g of blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 10 g shredded coconut
- 2 tsp bee pollen
- 2 teaspoons of pumpkin seeds peel-free
- 40 g coconut muesli
- Agave syrup as needed
Instructions
- Mix yogurt with acai powder and cocoa.
- Sweeten with a little agave syrup if you like.
- Then put in two bowls.
- Wash the blueberries, drain them and add them to the yogurt.
- Arrange the chia seeds, desiccated coconut, pollen, pumpkin seeds and muesli on the bowl and then serve.
