  • 2 pounds chicken wings rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons tomato powder
  • 1 tablespoon dry Madeira wine
  • 2 stalks celery diced
  • 2 garlic cloves peeled but not chopped
  • 1 large Spanish onion diced
  • 2 bell peppers seeded and sliced
  • 4 carrots trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well-coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F.
  • Place the marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add the vegetables to the basket and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice.
