Adobo-Spiced Chicken Wings with Roasted Veggies

- 2 pounds chicken wings rinsed and patted dry
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons tomato powder
- 1 tablespoon dry Madeira wine
- 2 stalks celery diced
- 2 garlic cloves peeled but not chopped
- 1 large Spanish onion diced
- 2 bell peppers seeded and sliced
- 4 carrots trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss all ingredients until well-coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F.
- Place the marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket and cook for 7 minutes.
- Add the vegetables to the basket and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
