Air Fryer Beef Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 8 fluid ounces cooked beef recommended: sirloin tips, sliced or cubed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 8 fluid ounces frozen peas and carrots
- ½ cup cubed onion
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned beef and cook until it is about 3/4 cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cooked white rice, frozen peas and carrots, cubed onion, and sesame oil.
- Once the beef is 3/4 cooked, add it to the bowl with the rice mixture and toss to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan of the air fryer.
- Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for up to 10 minutes.
- Crack the egg on top of the rice mixture in the air fryer.
- Continue air frying until the egg is fully cooked to your liking.
- Once done, remove the beef fried rice from the air fryer and serve hot
