Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the seasoned beef and cook until it is about 3/4 cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together the cooked white rice, frozen peas and carrots, cubed onion, and sesame oil.
Once the beef is 3/4 cooked, add it to the bowl with the rice mixture and toss to combine.
Transfer the mixture to the pan of the air fryer.
Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for up to 10 minutes.
Crack the egg on top of the rice mixture in the air fryer.
Continue air frying until the egg is fully cooked to your liking.
Once done, remove the beef fried rice from the air fryer and serve hot
