Air Fryer Beef Fried Rice

  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 8 fluid ounces cooked beef recommended: sirloin tips, sliced or cubed
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 8 fluid ounces frozen peas and carrots
  • ½ cup cubed onion
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  • Season the cooked beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the seasoned beef and cook until it is about 3/4 cooked through.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cooked white rice, frozen peas and carrots, cubed onion, and sesame oil.
  • Once the beef is 3/4 cooked, add it to the bowl with the rice mixture and toss to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to the pan of the air fryer.
  • Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for up to 10 minutes.
  • Crack the egg on top of the rice mixture in the air fryer.
  • Continue air frying until the egg is fully cooked to your liking.
  • Once done, remove the beef fried rice from the air fryer and serve hot
