Air Fryer Garlicky Soy-Glazed Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1½ tablespoons sugar
- 4 garlic cloves smashed and peeled
- 2 large scallions cut into 2- to 3-inch batons, plus more thinly sliced for garnish
- 2 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (7 to 8 ounces each)
Instructions
- In a 7-inch round cake pan insert, metal cake pan, or foil pan, combine the chicken stock, reduced-sodium soy sauce, and sugar.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the smashed garlic cloves, scallion batons, and chicken thighs to the pan.
- Turn the thighs to coat them in the marinade, then place them skin-side up.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Place the pan in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken thighs every 5 minutes thereafter.
- Continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through and the marinade is reduced to a sticky glaze over the chicken, approximately 30 minutes in total.
- Remove the pan from the air fryer and serve the chicken thighs warm.
- Spoon any remaining glaze over the top and garnish with thinly sliced scallions.
