  • 8 ounces Padrón peppers
  • 2 pounds pork loin sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Celtic salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 heaped tablespoon capers drained
  • 8 green olives pitted and halved

Instructions

  • Drizzle the olive oil over the Padrón peppers.
  • Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until blistered and tender-crisp.
  • Reduce the air fryer temperature to 360°F (182°C).
  • Season the pork loin slices with Celtic salt and paprika.
  • Add the pork and capers to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 16 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through.
