Instructions
Drizzle the olive oil over the Padrón peppers.
Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until blistered and tender-crisp.
Reduce the air fryer temperature to 360°F (182°C).
Season the pork loin slices with Celtic salt and paprika.
Add the pork and capers to the air fryer basket.
Cook for 16 minutes, flipping the pork halfway through.
Serve the cooked pork with the reserved Padrón peppers and garnish with halved green olives.
