Avocado-Mango Salsa
This fresh-flavored salsa tastes great the minute it’s made. It’s delicious with quesadillas or tortilla chips.
Ingredients

- ¼ cup jalapeño pepper jelly
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 26-ounce jar refrigerated mango pieces, drained and diced *
- 2 large avocados diced
- 1 large red bell pepper diced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Whisk together jelly and lime juice in a large bowl.
- Add mango and remaining ingredients; stir until blended.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
*2 large peeled and diced mangoes may be substituted.
