Avocados and Tuna Tapas
Tuna with avocados, garlic, and spices.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of tuna pieces
- 4 teaspoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- Parsley for garnishing
- Chopped avocados for garnishing
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Take a large bowl.
- Add the black pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika and salt into the bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Add the tuna and olive oil into the pan.
- Cook the ingredients well and add the chopped garlic and the spice mix formed above.
- Cook the mixture for about 10-15 minutes.
- Add the parsley into the pan.
- Dish out when done.
- Add the chopped avocados on top of the tuna.
- The dish is ready to be served.
