Bacon “Cookies”
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon sliced into ⅛ inch slivers
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make “cookies” by packing about 1 slice of slivered bacon, about 2 tablespoons, into a 3-inch pastry mold or biscuit cutter.
- Lift the mold off, leaving a round of compressed bacon slivers.
- Repeat with the remaining bacon.
- Bake until brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
- Carefully remove bacon “cookies” from the tray with a spatula and transfer to paper towels to cool.
