Bacon “Cookies”

Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon sliced into ⅛ inch slivers

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make “cookies” by packing about 1 slice of slivered bacon, about 2 tablespoons, into a 3-inch pastry mold or biscuit cutter.
  • Lift the mold off, leaving a round of compressed bacon slivers.
  • Repeat with the remaining bacon.
  • Bake until brown and crispy, about 15 minutes.
  • Carefully remove bacon “cookies” from the tray with a spatula and transfer to paper towels to cool.
