Ingredients

  • 1 12-Ounce Bag Frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon 1% Milk
  • 1 Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • ¾ Teaspoon Kosher Salt Divided
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven To 450°F.
  • Grease A Baking Sheet With Nonstick Spray.
  • Microwave Bag Of Cauliflower On High For 2 Minutes, Just Long Enough To Slightly Thaw The Florets.
  • Set Aside.
  • In A Small Bowl, Beat Together Eggs And Milk Until Combined.
  • Set Aside.
  • In A Small Bowl, Mix Together Bread Crumbs, Parmesan, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Pepper.
  • Coat 3–4 Pieces Cauliflower At A Time With Egg Mixture, Then Put Into The Bread-Crumb Mixture.
  • Press The Crumbs Firmly Into The Cauliflower, Then Place On Baking Sheet.
  • Continue Until All Cauliflower Is Coated.
  • Bake Until Golden Brown, About 10 Minutes.
  • Sprinkle Finished Tots With Remaining ¼ Teaspoon Salt And Serve.
