In A Small Bowl, Mix Together Bread Crumbs, Parmesan, Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning, ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Pepper.
Coat 3–4 Pieces Cauliflower At A Time With Egg Mixture, Then Put Into The Bread-Crumb Mixture.
Press The Crumbs Firmly Into The Cauliflower, Then Place On Baking Sheet.
Continue Until All Cauliflower Is Coated.
Bake Until Golden Brown, About 10 Minutes.
Sprinkle Finished Tots With Remaining ¼ Teaspoon Salt And Serve.
