  • 1 small banana peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen assorted berries such as strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • Sliced fresh strawberries for garnish optional

Instructions

  • In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, assorted berries, orange juice, and low-fat vanilla yogurt.
  • Cover the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a sweetener of choice.
  • Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
  • If desired, garnish each drink with sliced fresh strawberries.
