- 1 small banana peeled, cut up, and frozen
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen assorted berries such as strawberries, blackberries, and/or raspberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- Sliced fresh strawberries for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a blender container, combine the frozen banana pieces, assorted berries, orange juice, and low-fat vanilla yogurt.
- Cover the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding a sweetener of choice.
- Pour the smoothie into tall glasses.
- If desired, garnish each drink with sliced fresh strawberries.
