Banana-Coconut-Rum Drink

Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- 10 ice cubes
- 1½ ripe bananas peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 ounces canned sweet cream of coconut such as Coco Lopez
- ½ cup pineapple juice
- 4 ounces dark rum
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 mint sprigs
Instructions
- Put the ice cubes, bananas, coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum, and lime juice in a blender.
- Blend until very smooth.
- Divide between 2 (8-ounce) stemmed glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
