Ingredients
Makes 2 servings

ice cubes
▢
1½
ripe bananas
peeled and cut into chunks
▢

ounces
canned sweet cream of coconut
such as Coco Lopez
▢
½
cup
pineapple juice
▢
4
ounces
dark rum
▢
2
tablespoons
fresh lime juice
▢
2
mint sprigs
Instructions
Put the ice cubes, bananas, coconut cream, pineapple juice, rum, and lime juice in a blender.
Blend until very smooth.
Divide between 2 (8-ounce) stemmed glasses.
Garnish each glass with a mint sprig.
