Ingredients

  • 1 small ripe banana fresh or frozen, sliced
  • 20 g ¼ cup quick-cooking oats
  • 16 g 1 tablespoon creamy natural peanut butter
  • 235 ml 1 cup soy or other nondairy milk
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 5 g 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 21 –42 g 1–2 tablespoons agave nectar or 15–30 ml pure maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions

  • Add the banana, oats, peanut butter, nondairy milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder,
