Ingredients
- 1 small ripe banana fresh or frozen, sliced
- 20 g ¼ cup quick-cooking oats
- 16 g 1 tablespoon creamy natural peanut butter
- 235 ml 1 cup soy or other nondairy milk
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 5 g 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 21 –42 g 1–2 tablespoons agave nectar or 15–30 ml pure maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions
- Add the banana, oats, peanut butter, nondairy milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder,
- and agave nectar or maple syrup to a blender.
- Blend until perfectly smooth.
- Serve immediately in a glass and enjoy!
