Barbecued Beef Burgers With Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients
- Makes 8 servings / prep: 20 min. Grill: 20 min.
- 3 pounds ground round
- ½ cup Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 hamburger buns
- Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- Creamy Coleslaw
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Shape mixture into 8 patties.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Serve hamburgers on buns, and top with additional Spicy Barbecue Sauce and Creamy Coleslaw.
