Instructions
Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape mixture into 8 patties.
Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until beef is no longer pink.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Serve hamburgers on buns, and top with additional Spicy Barbecue Sauce and Creamy Coleslaw.
