Beef and Vegetable Ramen Skillet

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 2 3- oz. packages beef-flavor ramen noodles with seasoning packets
  • ½ cup stir-fry sauce
  • 3 cups frozen stir-fry vegetables


  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain.
  • Add water, one soup seasoning packet, stir-fry sauce, and frozen vegetables to the skillet.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Break up the ramen noodles and add them to the skillet.
  • Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for an additional 5 to 8 minutes or until the sauce is thickened, and the noodles are tender.
  • Serve the Beef and Vegetable Ramen Skillet.
