  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 2-3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 Turkish bay leaves

Instructions

  • Pat the beef dry and tenderize it with a meat mallet to soften the fibers.
  • Place the beef in a large mixing dish and add the olive oil, beer, garlic, and bay leaves.
  • Toss to coat well and let marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 395°F.
  • Cook the beef for 7 minutes, then pause and flip the meat over.
  • Continue cooking for another 8 minutes or until done to your preference.
