Berry Burst Morning Booster Smoothie

- 6 oz Low-Fat Blueberry or Strawberry Yogurt
- 1 ¼ cups Skim Milk
- ¾ cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries or Strawberries
- 3 tablespoons Dry Milk Powder
- 2 teaspoons Honey
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the low-fat yogurt, skim milk, fresh or frozen berries, dry milk powder, and honey.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or freeze for later use.
- If frozen, leave in the fridge to thaw overnight and stir well before drinking.
