  • 6 oz Low-Fat Blueberry or Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups Skim Milk
  • ¾ cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries or Strawberries
  • 3 tablespoons Dry Milk Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Honey

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the low-fat yogurt, skim milk, fresh or frozen berries, dry milk powder, and honey.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately, or freeze for later use.
  • If frozen, leave in the fridge to thaw overnight and stir well before drinking.
