  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • cup washed stemmed raspberries
  • cup washed stemmed blackberries
  • cup washed stemmed blueberries
  • Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the berries and remove any stems.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if desired.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
