Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 8- ounce container vanilla yogurt
- ⅔ cup uncooked oats
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Sugar to taste optional
Instructions
- Place the cranberry juice, fresh or frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, and uncooked oats into the blender.
- Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Gradually add the ice cubes and blend on high until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.
- Taste and add sugar if desired.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
