Ingredients
- 2 bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Instructions
- Peel the bananas, slice them, and place the slices on a cookie sheet.
- Put the cookie sheet in the freezer and freeze until the bananas are solid.
- Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer and place them in a blender.
- Add the blueberries to the blender.
- Pour in the plain yogurt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
