  • 2 bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas, slice them, and place the slices on a cookie sheet.
  • Put the cookie sheet in the freezer and freeze until the bananas are solid.
  • Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer and place them in a blender.
  • Add the blueberries to the blender.
  • Pour in the plain yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
