blueberries

plain yogurt
Instructions
Peel the bananas, slice them, and place the slices on a cookie sheet.
Put the cookie sheet in the freezer and freeze until the bananas are solid.
Remove the frozen banana slices from the freezer and place them in a blender.
Add the blueberries to the blender.
Pour in the plain yogurt.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
