Buttermilk-Garlic Salad Dressing
The tangy, dairy taste of buttermilk is wonderful on potato salad, green bean salad, or on a bed of mixed greens.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup fat-free plain yogurt
- ⅔ cup reduced-fat buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 2 tablespoons minced scallions
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, buttermilk, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, scallions, and pepper in a bowl, and stir.
