Ingredients

  • 300 g shrimp
  • 200 g chorizo diced
  • 100 g chicken breast diced
  • 2 large onions finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic peeled
  • 1 small green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 small red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the chorizo into small cubes.
  • Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
  • Peel and finely chop the onions.
  • Peel the garlic.
  • Clean the bell peppers and finely chop them.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the chicken on high heat.
  • Reduce the heat and cook the chicken until done for about 15 minutes.
  • Sauté the onion, garlic, and bell peppers until the onion is translucent.
  • Then, add the chorizo and let it sauté for a while.
  • Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, white wine, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, chives, and salt.
  • Let it simmer on high heat.
  • Add the shrimp and let them cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish the dish with fresh parsley.
