  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 oz softened cream cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • 3 large eggs lightly beaten
  • 3 slices center-cut bacon
  • 4 oz low-carb pizza dough

Instructions

  • Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crisp, about 10 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, crumble, and set aside.
  • In the same pan, pour in the beaten eggs and cook until set.
  • Remove from heat and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Add the cream cheese, chopped chives, and crumbled bacon to the eggs.
  • Mix well to combine.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Divide the pizza dough into four equal pieces and roll each piece into a circle.
  • Place a quarter of the egg mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  • Fold the sides of the dough over the filling to meet in the middle, forming a pocket.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the breakfast pockets inside.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 5 minutes, or until the pockets are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve hot.
