Ingredients
- 2 catfish fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 ounces butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Boil the fish fillets for 5 minutes or until opaque.
- Flake the fish into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, baking powder, baking soda, buttermilk, Cajun seasoning, and shredded cheese.
- Add the flaked fish and mix until well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and arrange the patties in the basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, working in batches if needed.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
