  • 4 chicken breast fillets cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb frozen broccoli
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz Velveeta cheese
  • ½ box Ritz crackers crushed
  • Butter for sautéing

Instructions

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish.
  • Cook Chicken: In a skillet, sauté the chicken breast fillets in butter over medium heat until they turn white and are cooked through.
  • Remove from heat.

Prepare Broccoli:

  • Cook the frozen broccoli according to the directions on the package.
  • Drain any excess liquid.

Melt Cheese:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Velveeta cheese in the microwave.

Mix Ingredients:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted Velveeta cheese with both cans of soup.
  • Stir until well mixed.
  • Add the cooked chicken and broccoli to the cheese and soup mixture.
