Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 lb frozen broccoli
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz Velveeta cheese
- ½ box Ritz crackers crushed
- Butter for sautéing
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease an 8 x 8 inch casserole dish.
- Cook Chicken: In a skillet, sauté the chicken breast fillets in butter over medium heat until they turn white and are cooked through.
- Remove from heat.
Prepare Broccoli:
- Cook the frozen broccoli according to the directions on the package.
- Drain any excess liquid.
Melt Cheese:
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the Velveeta cheese in the microwave.
