Classic Chicken Tetrazzini
A comforting and creamy chicken tetrazzini with noodles and cheese, perfect for family gatherings.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces noodles cooked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breast
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Cook noodles for 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and keep warm.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F and brush the cooking basket with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Lightly grease the baking pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Add the onion, garlic, chicken soup, mushroom soup, and sour cream.
- Add the reserved noodles and cooked chicken.
- Cook for 12 minutes in the preheated Air Fryer.
- Top with mozzarella and cook for an additional 6 minutes until bubbling.
- Serve warm.
