  • 10 ounces noodles cooked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
  • Cook noodles for 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and keep warm.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F and brush the cooking basket with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer for 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
  • Lightly grease the baking pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Add the onion, garlic, chicken soup, mushroom soup, and sour cream.
  • Add the reserved noodles and cooked chicken.
  • Cook for 12 minutes in the preheated Air Fryer.
  • Top with mozzarella and cook for an additional 6 minutes until bubbling.
  • Serve warm.
