Instructies
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Cook noodles for 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and keep warm.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°F and brush the cooking basket with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cook in the Air Fryer for 25 minutes or until slightly browned.
Lightly grease the baking pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Add the onion, garlic, chicken soup, mushroom soup, and sour cream.
Add the reserved noodles and cooked chicken.
Cook for 12 minutes in the preheated Air Fryer.
Top with mozzarella and cook for an additional 6 minutes until bubbling.
Serve warm.
