Classic Margarita from David Kinch
Though not a common indulgence for me personally, a margarita happens to be a favorite drink of Devin’s and of my bar manager, Jason Strich; and as such it’s included in this cookbook. This is the base recipe for a classic margarita, but it can be enjoyed in almost any combination of flavors to please any palate. Feel free to experiment with different citruses and make this recipe your own.

- Lime wedge
- Salt or Tajín for a kick for a salted rim (optional)

- If you prefer a sweeter drink, add honey to taste.
