Cranberry White Chocolate Brittle

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup slivered pecans
  • ½ cup toasted coconut flakes

Instructions

  • Prepare a large baking sheet by greasing or covering with parchment paper.
  • Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until they are soft and completely melted.
  • Stir every 30 to 60 seconds until done.
  • Mix in the cranberries and pecans.
  • Pour into the prepared cookie dish.
  • Top with toasted coconut flakes.
  • Let cool for 1 – 2 hours until hardened.
  • Break into pieces to serve.
