Cranberry White Chocolate Brittle
Ingredients
- 16 ounces white chocolate chips
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup slivered pecans
- ½ cup toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Prepare a large baking sheet by greasing or covering with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl until they are soft and completely melted.
- Stir every 30 to 60 seconds until done.
- Mix in the cranberries and pecans.
- Pour into the prepared cookie dish.
- Top with toasted coconut flakes.
- Let cool for 1 – 2 hours until hardened.
- Break into pieces to serve.
