- /2 cup sliced avocado
- ½ to ¾ cup water adjust to desired consistency
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup cashews chopped
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ¼ teaspoons onion powder
- ½ teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine sliced avocado, water, lemon juice, chopped cashews, garlic powder, onion powder, and Bragg Liquid Aminos.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- If necessary, add more water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Transfer the Creamy Avocado Lemon Dressing to an airtight container for storage.
