Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes boiled
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • 1 ½ cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil the potatoes with skins on until tender.
