- ⅓ cup margarine
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk

- 1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn, drained
- ¾ cup grated sharp cheese
- ¼ cup chopped pimiento
- Buttered bread crumbs for topping
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the Casserole Dish:
- Grease a casserole dish.
Make the White Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the margarine over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour to form a roux, cooking for about 2 minutes.

- Set aside.

- Pour the prepared white sauce over the chicken mixture in the mixing bowl.
- Stir until all ingredients are evenly coated.

- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top of the casserole.
Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the bread crumbs are golden brown.
