Creamy Maple Coffee

Ingredients

Makes about 6 servings

Prep: 5 min., Cook: 10 min.

  • 2 cups half-and-half
  • ¾ cup maple syrup
  • 3 cups hot strong brewed coffee

Instructions

  • Stir together 2 cups half-and-half and maple syrup in a saucepan over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring often.
  • (Do not boil. ) Stir in coffee, and serve immediately.

Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:

Creamy Almond Coffee:

Substitute ½ to ¾ cup almond liqueur for maple syrup. Proceed as directed.
