Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp cleaned and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon shallot powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Coarse sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 9-ounce bag corn tortilla chips
- ¼ cup pickled jalapeño minced
- 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese grated
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, cumin powder, shallot powder, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Cook the shrimp mixture in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Line the air fryer cooking basket with aluminum foil and spread the tortilla chips evenly.
- Top the chips with the cooked shrimp mixture, minced pickled jalapeño, and grated Pepper Jack cheese.
- Cook in the air fryer for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the nachos garnished with sour cream and enjoy immediately.
