Creamy Vegan Soy Mayonnaise

- ½ cup soy milk powder
- ¾ cup water
- ½ teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ to ½ cup oil such as olive oil or vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a blender, combine soy milk powder, water, Bragg Liquid Aminos, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Blend on low speed until smooth.
- While the blender is running, gradually pour in the oil in a slow, steady stream.
- Continue blending until the mixture thickens to the consistency of mayonnaise.
- Once the desired thickness is reached, stop the blender and remove the mixture.
- Stir in the lemon juice until well combined.
- Transfer the Creamy Vegan Soy Mayonnaise to an airtight container for storage.
- Chill the mayonnaise in the refrigerator before serving to enhance the flavors.
