Creamy Vegan Soy Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • ½ cup soy milk powder
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or soy sauce
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ to ½ cup oil such as olive oil or vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine soy milk powder, water, Bragg Liquid Aminos, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Blend on low speed until smooth.
  • While the blender is running, gradually pour in the oil in a slow, steady stream.
  • Continue blending until the mixture thickens to the consistency of mayonnaise.
  • Once the desired thickness is reached, stop the blender and remove the mixture.
  • Stir in the lemon juice until well combined.
  • Transfer the Creamy Vegan Soy Mayonnaise to an airtight container for storage.
  • Chill the mayonnaise in the refrigerator before serving to enhance the flavors.
