Instructions
In a blender, combine soy milk powder, water, Bragg Liquid Aminos, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Blend on low speed until smooth.
While the blender is running, gradually pour in the oil in a slow, steady stream.
Continue blending until the mixture thickens to the consistency of mayonnaise.
Once the desired thickness is reached, stop the blender and remove the mixture.
Stir in the lemon juice until well combined.
Transfer the Creamy Vegan Soy Mayonnaise to an airtight container for storage.
Chill the mayonnaise in the refrigerator before serving to enhance the flavors.
