Crispy Air-Fried Lobster Tails

Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh lobster tails cleaned and halved, in shells
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup green olives
Instructions
- In a resealable plastic bag, combine lobster tails, butter, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic, and cornmeal.
- Shake well to coat evenly.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F.
- Lightly grease the cooking basket and arrange the coated lobster tails in a single layer.
- Cook for 6 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
- Work in batches if necessary.
- Serve the crispy lobster tails with green olives on the side.
