  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup green olives

Instructions

  • In a resealable plastic bag, combine lobster tails, butter, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic, and cornmeal.
  • Shake well to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F.
  • Lightly grease the cooking basket and arrange the coated lobster tails in a single layer.
