Crunchy Ranch Chicken Wing Bites

Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Chicken wings
- ⅔ cup Finely crushed round crackers
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Bottled Ranch Dressing
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Cut off the wing tips at the joint and then cut each wing in half at the joint.
- In a small bowl, toss the chicken wings with the Ranch dressing.
- On waxed paper, combine the finely crushed round crackers, paprika, and salt.
- Coat each chicken wing thoroughly with the cracker mixture.
- In a 12 x 8″ baking dish, covered with a paper towel, microwave the chicken on high for 7 to 9 minutes, or until the chicken juices run clear when tested with a knife.
- Rearrange the wings halfway through cooking.
- Optional:
- Serve with additional Ranch dressing for dipping.
