Cumin lamb, green olive, and feta pizza
Ingredients
- 4 ounces store-bought pizza dough
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1½ ounces ground lamb crumbled into small bits
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 6 pitted green olives roughly chopped
- 1 ounce feta cheese crumbled
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black peppe
Instructions
- Roll and stretch the pizza dough into a 6-inch round.
- Lay the dough round in the air fryer, then brush with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
- Arrange the lamb crumbles over the dough and sprinkle with the cumin and paprika, followed by the olives and feta.
- Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil, and cook at 350°F until the dough is cooked through and the meat is browned and crisp on top, about 8 minutes.
- Transfer the pizza to a plate and serve hot.
