  • 120 g 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 20 g ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 g 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 88 g ½ cup nondairy semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the orange marmalade, vanilla extract, agave nectar, canola oil, and almond milk.
  • In a large bowl, sift together the whole wheat pastry flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, and fine sea salt.
